Bidvest Noonan appoints Marielle Howitt as Director of Operations

Bidvest Noonan has appointed Marielle Howitt as Director of Operations, strengthening the leadership of its Education and Public Sector portfolio in the UK.

Howitt will take responsibility for service delivery across the portfolio, working with clients and operational teams to improve consistency, service quality and support continued growth.

She joins the role with more than 15 years of senior leadership experience across complex, highly regulated and technology-enabled organisations.

Her previous responsibilities have included leading large operational teams and major transformation programmes, alongside developing operating models designed to improve performance and organisational resilience.

Howitt also brings experience in enterprise technology implementation, business integration and large-scale organisational change, with a particular focus on strengthening governance and improving customer and operational outcomes.

The appointment adds further operational experience to Bidvest Noonan, which provides facilities services across a range of complex environments in the UK, including the transport and public sectors.
