Mace Consult has been appointed to six lots on Transport for London’s (TfL) Professional Services Framework 3 (PSF3), strengthening its position as a delivery partner for major transport and infrastructure programmes across the capital.
The appointments give TfL access to Mace Consult expertise across project, programme and portfolio management, PMO and project controls, planning and scheduling, risk and opportunity management, quantity surveying and estimating, and procurement and commercial support.
PSF3 is TfL’s primary route for procuring external professional services and will support the delivery of capital investment across TfL Group companies, as well as the Greater London Authority, its functional bodies and London boroughs.
The framework covers a wide range of engineering, planning, project management and commercial disciplines and is intended to improve service provision, secure value for money and support more efficient delivery across TfL’s investment portfolio.
Mace Consult’s latest appointments build on an established relationship with TfL. Under the previous PSF2 framework, its teams supported capital programmes across areas including programme management, project controls and risk management.
Securing positions across six disciplines under PSF3 will allow the consultancy to continue that work while providing expertise across different stages of programme and project delivery.
For the wider supply chain, TfL’s latest professional services framework provides an important route into a significant pipeline of transport investment in London, bringing together the programme, commercial and technical capabilities needed to plan and deliver complex infrastructure.
