QTS Group has announced a series of senior leadership changes, welcoming two new directors to its board and promoting an existing member as the business continues its growth.
The appointments come during a period of expansion for the company, which now employs more than 750 people across 14 offices nationwide.
Promotions and new appointments
Adam Jordan has been promoted to Director of Engineering, based at the company’s Rench Farm headquarters. He joined QTS in 2022 after a decade at Network Rail and has since played a key role in delivering complex infrastructure projects.
In his new position, he will lead engineering strategy and oversee delivery, supporting the company’s focus on innovative and technically robust solutions.
QTS has also appointed Tony Vozniak as HSQE Director, a newly created role based in its Derby office. With 25 years’ experience in health and safety leadership across rail, infrastructure and construction, Tony will be responsible for strengthening the company’s health, safety, quality and environmental performance.
He will work alongside Compliance Director Iain Kirk, who continues to lead on compliance, accreditations and business management systems.
Meanwhile, existing board member Bruno Martin has been promoted to Strategy and Technical Director. Based in Manchester, Bruno has been with QTS for nearly 16 years and has played a central role in the company’s engineering development and business growth.
His new role will focus on building strategic partnerships and identifying new market opportunities to support continued expansion.
Supporting continued growth
Andy Steel, Managing Director of QTS Group, said:
“These appointments reflect both the strength of talent within our organisation and our ambition for continued growth.
Adam and Bruno have made significant contributions to the business and their promotions recognise the impact they have already made.
