SWGR Group has appointed Gary Hardaker as its new Head of Delivery for England and Wales, strengthening its leadership team as the business continues to grow across frontline services.
Gary brings more than 30 years’ experience at Executive Director level, having led large-scale operational businesses with turnovers exceeding £100m and workforces of over 2,000 operatives across the UK.
His background spans programme, contract and people management, with a strong track record in supporting the delivery of major critical infrastructure projects through the provision of skilled resources nationwide.
Raj Sinha, Group Managing Director at SWGR, said Gary’s appointment would support the company’s next phase of development.
