The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport UK will hold its Women in Supply Chain & Transport event on Thursday 5 March at CEVA-EMG in the East Midlands, aligning with International Women’s Day on 8 March.
Under the theme Pathways & Progress, the one-day programme will explore career routes, emerging industry trends and practical strategies to support and empower female leaders across logistics, transport and supply chain.
Designed to encourage meaningful change, the event will feature keynote speakers, panel discussions and networking opportunities, alongside real-world career stories and leadership insights. It is open to women and men at all career stages, as well as HR, learning and development, and diversity professionals.
Participants can log 3.5 experiential CPD hours against LE1.1 Leadership, Development, Organisational Culture and Change Management.
CILT(UK) Chief Executive Helen Hardy said the event aims to move beyond recognition towards measurable progress.
“This event is about more than celebration; it’s about action. We’re creating space for honest conversations, shared learning and tangible progress towards a more equitable supply chain and transport sector.”
