M Group Finalises Acquisition of Telent, Bolstering UK Critical Infrastructure Capabilities

M Group has successfully completed its acquisition of Telent, a leading provider of operational technology and critical digital infrastructure solutions across the UK and Ireland. The significant deal follows the necessary regulatory approvals and marks a new phase of growth for both businesses.

This transformative acquisition combines M Group’s established infrastructure services offering with Telent’s advanced technology and digital solution capabilities.
